WINX-FM morning man Mark Potter was a special celebrity judge at the 4th annual “Battle for the Bowl,” Fri. February 2nd at Hair O’ The Dog Wine & Spirits in Easton. Talbot Humane staff & volunteers served up their best chili recipes versus the best that the Hair O’ The Dog crew had to offer. Ready to accept any challenge, Mark tasted all 6 entries. Hair O’ The Dog Wine Diva Devon won the best overall, but in the team money competition, Humane took home the trophy once again, as guests tasted chili and donated to their favorites. In all, over $1,300 was raised for the animals.
