Matt here. I want to thank everyone that donated to the Cover Your Chin For Charity event! I (along with the almost 50 other participants) went from mid-October through this past weekend without shaving! The finale was held Jan. 14 and we raised an estimated $35,000!
The CYCC event this year benefits Chesapeake Cats & Dogs, Talbot Mentors, and the Emergency Veteran’s Fund for Talbot County, as well as the Nate Southworth Humanitairan Fund.
I’d especially like to thank my wife Christina for putting up with the “mountain man” look for this period of time. As much as she likes the clean-cut look, she couldn’t say no to the cause!
